Mid Essex CCG
We have worked with Mid Essex CCG for over 5 years. This project is a part of a new series of videos we are producing showcasing various projects across the new PCN network in Essex. The video talks about the benefits of the Low Carb Project that was introduced to the Colne Valley PCN.
